Website use
This website is provided for general information about Bitfell Learn and our training. Nothing on it is a binding offer or professional advice. Use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
Training enquiries
Enquiries, discovery calls, and proposals are not contracts. Any training engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
Course bookings
Bookings are confirmed in writing. Details of dates, format, scope, and price are set out at the time of booking.
Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in your booking confirmation or agreement.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your booking confirmation. We’ll always try to be reasonable and flexible where we can.
Intellectual property
Course materials, the website, and the Bitfell Learn brand are owned by Bitfell Technology Ltd or our licensors. Materials provided for training are for your team’s internal learning use and may not be redistributed or resold.
Platform access
Access to the Bitfell Summit learning platform is subject to separate platform terms provided at sign-up.
Acceptable use
Use our services and materials lawfully and respectfully, and don’t misuse access provided to your organisation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
