We started Bitfell because we kept meeting businesses let down by the same thing: providers sold them technology and then hid behind a ticketing system.
Our story
Why we started Bitfell
Between us we have spent the better part of two decades inside IT teams, security functions and product engineering. The kind of work where downtime is measured in lost revenue and a breach is measured in lost trust. We saw the same pattern again and again: small and mid-sized businesses paying for managed IT, yet talking to a different junior every time something broke, and never quite sure whether their backups would actually restore.
Bitfell is our answer to that. We are deliberately small. When you call, you reach one of the two people who designed your setup, not a script. We would rather take on fewer clients and know each of their environments cold than scale into a call centre.

Sonia has spent nearly a decade running IT and infrastructure for businesses that can't afford downtime. She leads Bitfell's managed services and cloud work, and is usually the person on the other end of the phone when something needs sorting now.
Abdou Sadou
Co-founder · Security & Software
Abdou came up through security engineering and software development, and has seen first-hand how the two have to work together. They lead Bitfell's cybersecurity practice and bespoke development, and care more about defences that hold up in practice than ones that look good on a certificate.
